Key Responsibilities

– Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.

– Negotiate offers and manage all transaction paperwork.
– Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong background in sales and client servicing
– Confident on camera with content creation skills for social media
– Skilled in market research and negotiations
– Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
– Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage
